$0 __ GRADE GUIDE is shareware. It may be used for FREE for a trial period of up to six months. After that time a license for continued use must be purchased. 

$50 __ An individual license sells for $50 (US). It entitles you to install the program on as many computers as you like for your personal use. An individual license comes with an individualized GGLicense.txt file which identifies you to GRADE GUIDE, a year of customer support, and information and discounts about all future versions of GRADE GUIDE. Individual licenses cannot be transferred to another individual. 

$40 __ A 20% discount is offered for individual licenses when 5 or more orders are received together. Full order information for each of the licenses is required. 

$25 __ A 50% discount is offered to individuals who have previously purchased a GRADE GUIDE license for an earlier version of GRADE GUIDE.

$10 __ An individual license for a second person residing at the same household address as another license holder may be purchased for $10 (US). This applies only to a second user, not to a third or fourth user. 

A site license is sold to any organization such as a department, a school, a school district, a university, or a university system. The cost of the license depends on the number of users at that organization licensed to use the program. Whereas an individual license is sold to an individual and cannot be transferred to another individual, a site license belongs to the organization. The number of persons using the site licensed copies of GRADE GUIDE is limited to the licensed number of users, but exactly which persons are using the license can vary from year to year. If a teacher using a site licensed copy of GRADE GUIDE leaves the site for a job elsewhere, they must obtain their own license for continued use. A site license comes with an individualized GGLicense.txt file which identifies the site to GRADE GUIDE, two years of customer support, and information and discounts about all future versions of GRADE GUIDE.
