The help facility within GRADE GUIDE contains a wealth of information about the use of GRADE GUIDE. In addition, author Jon Kane will answer any and all questions you may have about the operation of GRADE GUIDE. Questions about how to perform a particular operation or how to use GRADE GUIDE to reflect your personal method of storing and calculating grades are always welcome.

User support for a person who has not yet purchased a license is limited to information that would help that person evaluate the program. Holders of an individual GRADE GUIDE license are granted user support for one full year after the purchase of the license. Holders of a site license are granted user support for two full years after the purchase of the license. After this time, additional years of support may be purchased for $10 (US) per year.

As suggestions are made, GRADE GUIDE will continue to improve. When changes are made to the program, new versions will be made available on the GRADE GUIDE web site. If you are licensed to use any version of GRADE GUIDE numbered at least 5.0, then you are automatically licensed to use any version numbered below 6.0. You may upgrade to the higher version number at any time at no additional cost.

TThis program is produced by a member of the Association of Software Professionals (ASP). ASP wants to make sure that the shareware principle works for you. If you are unable to resolve a shareware-related problem with an ASP member by contacting the member directly, ASP may be able to help.
